12/31/2023 0 Comments Incopy 2021![]() The following changes to the documentation have been made in this release of Studio for InDesign and InCopy: The afterGeometryNotification in the Scripting Guide has been updated with information about the technical details. When the ‘geometry status’ is available in the event script, then the custom script that catches the event can decide whether or not to display the alert about the geometry update. Now, the geometry update status is also passed to the scripting event. Instead, the Update Geometry button of the InCopy toolbar changes color: yellow for low priority changes and red for high priority changes. This is limited, because each update of the layout will result in some action, presumably a warning alert about the updated geometry. Currently, the afterGeometryNotification scripting event only provides the object ID of the layout that was updated.
